Remember the Ben & Jerry’s flavor “Late Night Snack”? You know, that one with Jimmy Fallon’s mush face on the container with magical insides made of salted caramel swirls and chocolate dipped potato chips. Well, forget about it because Fallon is back with a sweet new surprise called “The Tonight Dough.”

B&J’s co-founders Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield introduced the company’s newest flavor during the first episode of The Tonight Show’s second season. Upon its reveal on Tuesday, Feb. 17, Jimmy deemed the new flavor “the best tasting ice cream, I swear you will ever, ever have in your entire life.”

So, what’s in the greatest ice cream ever? A generous mix of caramel and chocolate ice creams with chocolate cookie swirls, chunks of chocolate chip cookie dough and peanut butter cookie dough. (Sorry not sorry for making you drool.) We didn’t expect any flavor to trump the Cookie Core series, but we stand corrected.

Jimmy’s new B&J’s flavor benefits the Serious Fun Children’s Network, a non-profit that offers summer camp experiences to children with serious illnesses.
