How to Build a Yogurt Bowl

  • Base: Greek or regular yogurt, can be mixed with protein powder
  • Nut butters: almond, peanut, etc.
  • Crunch: granola, cereal, nuts
  • Fruit: frozen or fresh
  • Sweetener: maple syrup, honey, chocolate chips
  • Other toppings: cinnamon, hemp hearts
